Delivery & Returns

Please note that the web sales team is not available on Saturday or Sunday and will answer emails on the following Monday.  The William Evans Canada storefront staff are not able to follow up on web sales orders on weekends.  The web sales team is available to assist clients Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm Mountain Time. 

Orders are shipped with Canada Post or Canpar at William Evans Canada's discretion unless previous arrangements are made with the web sales Team.

A tracking number will be provided electronically once your order has had shipping arranged.  Tracking numbers are not activated by carriers until the package has been processed at their dispatch centers, and William Evans Canada has no ability to track a package beyond this.  William Evans Canada cannot be held liable for items lost in transit, but will ship items with full insurance and tracking.

William Evans Canada strives for timely processing on all orders and processes these requests in the order they are received.  

Deliveries will be shipped only to the billing address that is supplied to the web sales team through the webstore order portal unless previously arranged for.

Delivery Charges:

Orders under $150 for delivery in Canada are shipped at an additional $10 for shipping.

Orders over $150 for delivery in Canada are shipped free.

For U.S. orders please contact us for a complete shipping quotation at estore@williamevans.com

We are not able to export outside of Canada or the United States of America at this time.

Returns:

If you wish to return product for any reason, you may do so within 7 days of receipt of your order.  You must notify William Evans Canada in writing, via email, to estore@williamevans.ca  within 7 days of receipt of your order if you wish to make a return.  

Items purchased online are not able to be returned for refund or exchange in store without previous arrangements with the web sales team.

Any items returned must be accompanied by a proof of purchase, even a third party item such as a gift.  No returns will be accepted or refunds issued without the receipt/invoice.

Product to be returned must be in its original condition with packaging and tags intact.

Do not return any product without contacting us in advance at estore@williamevans.ca

Please include a cover letter explaining the reason for the return in full.

We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

We recommend items being returned are shipped with tracking and insurance. Tracking information should be forwarded to us at estore@williamevans.ca

All goods returned will be inspected by William Evans Canada to ensure they are in resalable condition and if found to be so a full refund will be provided.

Any Damaged or Missing items will not be accepted for refund.

Hats and body wear cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment method.
